My Story

As a CYT-500 Yoga Teacher, a former corporate employee, and a Marketing Mompreneur, I know how it feels when the world suddenly shifts beneath your feet and never seems to settle back down again.

Throughout my career and life transitions, I’ve learned that the most beautiful parts of our journey aren’t the ones we plan; they’re the ones we learn to pivot through and eventually master.

The Pivot that Started it All

Seeing university graduates with masters and honors work for tips in my junior year was my wake-up call. I realized that chasing a degree wasn’t where my energy belonged. Instead, I wanted to build a life I didn’t need a vacation from.

I bet on myself, left school and kept working my way up.

And, every time I hit a ceiling, I faced a hard truth:

I didn’t want the title if I wasn’t passionate about the path.

I would switch industries and shift my focus, choosing the challenge of a new beginning over the safety of a role that didn’t spark my interest.

When the World Changed

And then, I became a Mom. Global events kept disrupting any plans our family had.

Suddenly, the world I knew didn’t exist anymore.

The tools I had relied on felt blunt.

I lost my direction, my passion, and my sense of purpose in the rapid-fire change of motherhood and a shifting global landscape.

So, I found myself asking:

“With my combined experience, what can I offer now?”

The Authority of the “Mess”

I believe that every pivot, lesson, and challenge you’ve faced isn’t a setback, instead it is the platform of authority for you to launch your true passions from.

Even with the tools I’ve collected on my path, I’m human.

I make mistakes every day; some of them easier to admit than others.

But having the tools doesn’t mean being perfect;

it means being resilient.
